Meet Our Team

Our wonderful team at Renew Physical Therapy subscribes to 3 Core Values:

Compassion

We lead with a kind heart, an open ear, a thoughtful tongue, and an abundance of patience.

Growth

We are uncomfortable with complacency and know that our growth, not just as clinicians, but as people, is vital.

Excellence

We will not and cannot be perfect; however, we will strive for excellence in all aspects of our lives.

Cindy O’Neil

Cindy O’Neil

PT, DPT, OCS

Cindy has a passion for people and their overall well-being. After graduating from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, she quickly learned that a desk job was not for her. She turned her sights toward physical therapy and graduated from one of the top physical therapy programs in the country, earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2016. Since then, she has spent many hours furthering her education and knowledge. She became a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2017 and an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2018. She continues to evolve as a clinician by taking numerous continuing education courses, which led her to further specialize as a pelvic floor therapist - a passion that has grown since she recently went through her own pregnancy, delivery, and post-partum experience.
When Cindy isn’t practicing, she stays busy as a wife and a mother. She is a natural homebody, but also loves a good adventure. She is a die-hard Clippers fan that is constantly being disappointed. She holds her family and friends close to her heart. They are her inspiration and encouragement to be the best version of herself every day.

April is a multi-certified yoga, pilates, and dance teacher.
After many years of pushing through injuries as a dancer, she turned to yoga and pilates to help with overall health and body conditioning. Over time she saw old injuries improve and fell in love with the teachings of yoga.

Seeking balance and a deeper understanding of holistic health, April immersed herself into trainings in various styles and modalities. She is certified in hatha, vinyasa, yin, pranayama as well as Pilates. She has over a decade of experience teaching all levels of students and facilitating teacher trainings. Continuous education and evolution as a teacher is very important to her.

April brings her years of experience in leading group and individual sessions to create a supportive and nurturing environment for clients to achieve their wellness goals. Collaborating with our team of physical therapists, April provides integrated care that addresses the mind, body, and spirit for our patients’ recovery and overall well-being.
