Meet Our Team
Our wonderful team at Renew Physical Therapy subscribes to 3 Core Values:
Compassion
We lead with a kind heart, an open ear, a thoughtful tongue, and an abundance of patience.
Growth
We are uncomfortable with complacency and know that our growth, not just as clinicians, but as people, is vital.
Excellence
We will not and cannot be perfect; however, we will strive for excellence in all aspects of our lives.

Cindy O’Neil
PT, DPT, OCS
Cindy has a passion for people and their overall well-being. After graduating from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, she quickly learned that a desk job was not for her. She turned her sights toward physical therapy and graduated from one of the top physical therapy programs in the country, earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2016. Since then, she has spent many hours furthering her education and knowledge. She became a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2017 and an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2018. She continues to evolve as a clinician by taking numerous continuing education courses, which led her to further specialize as a pelvic floor therapist - a passion that has grown since she recently went through her own pregnancy, delivery, and post-partum experience.
When Cindy isn’t practicing, she stays busy as a wife and a mother. She is a natural homebody, but also loves a good adventure. She is a die-hard Clippers fan that is constantly being disappointed. She holds her family and friends close to her heart. They are her inspiration and encouragement to be the best version of herself every day.

Pilates found Salma at a time when she was searching for purpose through movement and connection. What began as a curiosity for teaching quickly became a passion for helping people feel good in their own bodies and discover their strength from the inside out.
Over the past 12 years of living an active lifestyle—and after experiencing an ankle injury in 2020, along with other physical setbacks and body challenges—Salma has learned how powerful mindful movement can be in rebuilding confidence, restoring mobility, and reconnecting with the body on a deeper level. These experiences have shaped the way she teaches—with patience, empathy, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path.
In every session, Salma aims to blend challenge with encouragement, precision with flow, and effort with joy. Her ultimate mission is to help you feel at home in your body again, move with confidence, and live life without limits.
